Liked: Location, staff kindness and knowledge
Disliked: Needs better pillows, a table in the room.

Very nice hotel close to...

Liked: Only 3 min walk to the cathedral. The room is quiet and clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful. And their homemade yoghurt in the breakfast is a must try.

Spacious, noisy room with staff...

Liked: Large room, very spacious
Disliked: It’s down a bar-filled alley so you get noise 24/7. Walls are thin so you can also hear neighbours opening and closing the doors. Do not book if you are a light sleeper. Staff showed no grace when we told them we were having a family emergency and had to leave one night early - surely you could help with a refund for one night?

Perfect budget stay in Seville!

Liked: Excellent location next to Cathedral and Alcazar. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was very clean and made daily. Coffee and tea available 24 hours in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel due to it's excellent location and service!
