Beautiful and clean hotel but...

Liked: The hotel was very clean. From the hallways, elevators, and the rooms everything smelled and looked very luxurious and very tidy. The parking was comfortable. Night reception on Sunday was professional and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with tons of options for hot food with good coffee. Over all a pleasant stay.
Disliked: The standard was one robe so we asked for an extra robe as we had booked for two guest. The iPhone dock in the alarm clock was broken. The electric blinds for window curtains were not working. The “queen” bed was rather small. Morning reception on Monday lacked professionalism did not match four stars; no eye contact, no greeting, no follow up questions about our stay. Over all he lacked enthusiasm and attentions. The cleaning crew came an hour early before check out. We did not have a “do not disturb” sign in the room.

Disappointing

Disliked: Do not stay in room 212, there is a HVAC on the roof that constantly vibrates the walls, creating a very loud noise. - The breakfast buffet was very limited and food was lukewarm. - I asked for late check out as I was working nights, they wanted to charge $50 for an hour of additional time in the room. - The beds have a waterproof fitted sheet that makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

Liked: It was a really cool and cozy place to stay. I love that it was not crowded. I really love the location it was in and the room decor was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Need some type of visible signage to let you know when you arrive that the parking to the facility is in the back. It could have just been me but it took me a few laps around to find the hotel parking lot in the back.

Excellent place for an overnight stay, as long as you have a car

Liked: The decoration in the lobby and the room was stunning. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: When I arrived later in the evening there was nowhere to get food that didn't involve a walk across some dark parking lots, not ideal when you don't have a car.
