Liked: great coffee available in a comfortable, relaxing lobby. comfortable beds with fluffy pillows; perfect location for events at the Chicago Theater or Art Institute.

Liked: Staff was nice. Location was awesome. Room was huge and the bed was incredible. The bath robes were pretty comfortable. The shower had fantastic water pressure. The tv was big as well. Nice mini fridge I guess. At this point I'm just typing to fill up space. It was just a very nice hotel room.
Disliked: It was on the pricier side. Not really a complaint I guess but it's the closest to a negative I can think of.
