First visit with friends

Liked: The rooms are large and the facilities are excellent. The hotel is in a great location. It is easily walkable to most attractions.
Disliked: The restaurant is overpriced and the service was not great. I would not go there for breakfast or dinner. There is a pub on the next corner which is great value and good food for dinner. There are also plenty of other breakfast options.

Great! We will be back

Liked: Clean, modern, nice staff. Room was awesome. We had a high floor king suite and LOVED that the bedroom was split off the TV room. We have decided to come back with our toddlers because the room arrangements are amazing. We also loved the availability to have things brought to the room. That luxury really suffered during/after covid and it was great to find a hotel that has brought it back. They also accommodated a late check out which was also great!
Disliked: N/A we were happy with our stay.

Liked: The lobby is elegant, welcoming and comfortable with places to relax or get a little work done. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with lovely touches like great coffee, real glasses and coffee cups, and lots of fluffy pillows.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Disliked: Paid for a room with a river view. Could only see the river if you walked all the way up to the window. Basically just had the view of a building right in front of us. Very misleading

Excellent boutique hotel with modern...

Liked: Staying at the L7 for a girls weekend was a great experience. The hotel had complimentary face masks, socks, and a 24/7 tea and coffee bar with snacks throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was also excellent.
Disliked: The only negative is that our room was close to the L and was noisy, but that can be remedied with headphones or earplugs.

Unpelasant

Liked: I will not stay there again actually
Disliked: Cleanliness was just not there. Old items from previous guests were left behind. Dirty paper cup full of sugar was left as clean. I asked for a cutlery set when I ordered a takeway and got a plastic spoon and fork. Thanks I will eat my chicken with the plastic spoon.
