Liked: all staff is super nice and helpfulgood location of the hotel
Disliked: parking - 10euro per day, but entrance to the parking is super complicated due to the narrow gate --> big cars will not fitroom - bed sheets were not changed even although seemed clean. There was hair on the pillow and it was not mine.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Liked: Staff on reception were all really helpful . Room was comfortable and clean . Hotel is 15 minutes walk from cathedral and town centre . Views of the river from the room . Parking for hotel is very convenient and reasonably priced

Good location, hotel for passage

Liked: Room was quite spartan, but clean and all necessary facilities were available. Parking in garage is available. Lucky who drives a small car (and intelligent anyways).
Disliked: Internal architecture is like that of a budget hotel, not compatible with the name of the hotel ("Grand Hotel") and the front facade, which is the only part that would justify "Grand". Behind this facade, all is standard budget hotel interior. Parking quite expensive (€13.70 per day).

Liked: Facility was very nice. It was nice to have parking at the site. Hotel was reasonably priced and close to the city centre....

Liked: Convenient location. Room was quite nice.
Disliked: Room was a bit cold in February and was not easy to warm it with air conditioner. Special warming — parking! Entering the parking even with a relatively small car was close to impossible. Took lots of time and nerves, so be ready.
