Great location helpful staff

Liked: Great location - short walk from the centre of this historic city. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Depending on the size of your car, you have to be careful manouevering your car into the underground car park!

Nice location and good staff...

Liked: Staff and location
Disliked: Room very small and beds not very comfy, pillows were like bricks. Breakfast very average.

Disliked: Despite of informing the reception that shampoo and body wash was empty, they did not refill. Called the reception at night to ask for refill and he just said sorry i cant help you!
