Disliked: I was there for 3 nights and overall i had good experience at the hotel, but I feel I need to mention a concern regarding the night shift receptionist. Unfortunately, he came across as unprofessional every times and often appeared to be in a bad mood. On the 2nd nights, when I asked for an additional pillow because the one provided was too soft, his response was dismissive and rude. He initially questioned why I needed another one if you already got one, and later stated he couldn’t provide any more which felt me very dissapointed.Also, I noticed that the daytime receptionists were consistently polite, professional, and helpful, which made this experience even more disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it could greatly improve the guest experience during night shifts.

Disliked: Location? but a metro and buses nearby

Pleasant

Disliked: All was Ok, except two things:1. There are no hangers/hooks where to hang our coats, even though the room was big enough.2. The breakfast was not replenished quick enough and there were limited options. For example, there were 9 pieces of yellow cheese and 5 pieces of pineapple at the start of the breakfast at 07 am for everybody (not 5 pieces per person but in total for everyone). Once the cheese and pineapple were finished, it took 30 mins for the cheese to be replenished, even though we asked. The pineapple was not replenished during the 1 hour we had breakfast. The breakfast costs 18 euros per person. I don't think we will repeat it.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and quiet room, excellent AC, very good breakfest. Very convenient for OECD meetings.
Disliked: No suggestion.

Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Liked: Location near to métro. Underground carpark. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean bedroom and easy shower to use.
Disliked: Nothing!
