Liked: Room small for 'superior' and ac not working so very hot, had to leave window open but too noisy, no toiletries provided despite website saying they were provided

Great hotel, with good rooms...

Liked: Perfectly situated for the maison de la culture. Room was large, classy, and well appointed. Staff was very helpful. The essentially round the clock bar and the long breakfast hours were ideal.
Disliked: Not lots of amenities (fitness room and sauna are pretty meager), and lobby is small, but otherwise great.

Friendly hotel. Great breakfast.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Very good breakfast selection. Quiet neighbourhood which suited us very well. Easy walk into the centre of town.

Disliked: The room is a bit too spartan, not even drinking water provided. Breakfast overpriced.

Disliked: The remodeling consists of cosmetics, bathrooms still require upgrading but not too bad overall. The access parking wise is a nightmare but that the fault of that terrible mayor who made the city barely live-able if you own a car.
