Poor facilities

Liked: Location
Disliked: Very poor service. Due to staff shortage the hotel facilities were not available. Restaurant closed, bar closed. Although they served a student group a limited menu we, as guests, were to stay in our room (3 adults sharing) as the communal areas closed. Poor choice in vending machines. No compensation given, not even an apology.

Liked: The location is perfect if you visit the futuroscope. The room was very clean and confortable. The bathroom very clean but a little bit small.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but to expansive for the choice.

Good spot for a Futuroscope...

Liked: The location is perfect to be able to walk to Futuroscope in just minutes. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The best part is that they have family rooms which for a family of 5 is perfect. The restaurant staff was very personable and helpful, even during the peak moments. A good value for the price.
Disliked: The family rooms are really tight, not a lot of space for all of our belongings.
