Liked: The staff was excellent--very helpful and accommodating. As a person traveling alone on a quicker trip, the hotel was adequate for me (but probably not for a family trip). The morning breakfast, while quite good, was probably not worth the cost.
Disliked: The room certainly could have and should have been cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty and the shower should have been cleaner. While moderately convenient, the hotel was a bit far from the nearest metro line.

Liked: Sumayya was very helpfull. He helped me in everything. If it wasn't for her, I couldn't have done anything there. Now I have a friend, a sister there. I give her 100 my full score and I expect her boss to give her something good in return.

Liked: Location, simple, and somewhere to put our heads down.
Disliked: Poor admin, bad mannered receptionist, lazy admin procedures, the amendment to our booking had been overlooked and until the management intervened the staff were very defensive. On intervention the error was corrected. No milk in one of the rooms.

Liked: The staff was kind, helpful, and quick to answer questions. Someone was at the reception desk 24/7 to assist with anything at any time. The location was also goodjust outside the city but close to the metro, tram, and buses to quickly reach the city.
