Disliked: There was construction upstairs in the morning started from 8am. The cleaning staff came in without asking or knocking.

Okay.

Liked: Reception area had been newly refurbished Quiet area, could open the window but it would still be quiet at night
Disliked: The bedrooms were plain and characterless. No kettle, coffee making facilities. Air con wasn’t on. The hotel calls itself Kyriad palais de congress, but it’s a 20 min walk to the congress.
