Good location but hot if...

Liked: Good parking. Great location to walk into town in the evening. Good sized rooms and nice bed and shower. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on
Disliked: AC not switch on for cooling in April. So needed window open but noise from street woke us up.

Good value for the price

Liked: Room standard, comfy bed and good location in the center - all good but access in or out of parking garage was a pain ...you have to ask the reception staff always to open the gates. I already was in front the gate to leave the garage but had to get back to the reception that someone opens the gate. Please improve that process. Thanks.

Liked: Friendly staff, breakfast good, room small and compact,
Disliked: The bath is very high to step in and out of to use the shower. Water leaked under the shower guard, leaving the floor very wet and slippery—be aware! I've worked in hospitality, and so many accidents happen in the bathroom.

Liked: Ideal location , good parking available on site at an additional cost , our stay at both this Kyriad and another from the Kyriad Group at Avignon have been at a good standard , we will certainly stay at either another time
Disliked: Everything at the standard we expected
