A place to stay

Disliked: The garage is separate from the building.The elevator broke down leaving my 87 year old grandmother having to work her way down 8 flights of stairs. Luckily someone from the staff was on an upper floor and helped her down as I was not there at the time.

Central location, disappointing presentation, but...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was rather noisy, the breakfast was poor value, the parking was chaotically organised - we were charged for parking, but ended up having to park in another company’s space.
