Booking.com did not answer my...

Liked: Small but facilities were adequate.
Disliked: I did not have breakfast as the directions were so poor it took me over 3 hours to work out where it was, arriving around midnightThis meant I had no time to explore the neighbourhood.I contacted booking.com about my problem but you failed to reply at all before or after I found the location.
