Disappointing

Liked: Sheets and towels clean. The luggage rack was lovely. Bed comfortable. Nice colour scheme. Dishes and tea towels and microwave oven meant the room felt like it had a kitchenette. Air conditioning seemed OK.
Disliked: Pool filthy in 35C heat, yard dirty, outside tiles falling off of walls. Grubby throughout the room although looked like daily cleaning is fine if a little light on. Furniture very worn- i.e. should go to the tip- torn, scuffed and dirty. Chairs have layers of dust on them. Plugs and wall have embedded grime. No bathroom sink. Bed ruffle grubby. Slightly stale smelling. Fly wire door has a tear in it, letting in bugs. Tried to move after check in but couldn't. Host not there for check in only for payment. WiFi instructions a bit opaque. Very poor value for $140 per night.

Liked: Location was good. Had most amenities needed.
Disliked: Not welcoming, outdated, uncomfortable.We then got called back abruptly home after our first night 4 hours travel and had to cancel one night's stay and the owners made it the most difficult experience. Booking.Com said it was on the owners to refund, yet the owners said it was booking.com that would authorise. Although we did end up with refund ( as we paid more for this option) and after being on hold to booking.com for an hour, we would never go back to this motel.

Yes they were very Accommodating...

Liked: It was very clean inside, but outside looked a little dirty,but maybe it was because of the work that was being done down the road (dusty) glass door to office was dirty.
Disliked: I did like the property

Liked: Clean, fresh decor. Quiet spot close to the town, yet walking distance to town, eateries and public transport.
Disliked: Nothing.
