False information on booking.com

Liked: Bed was soft. Unit was clean
Disliked: Didn’t see staff , office unattended. Chose a room with a bath only to find out when I got their No units had baths ? That was the only reason I selected this motel. Only window for natural light was facing the car park with no privacy, so had to keep curtains closed and room very dark.
