Everything else were good.

Liked: I booked 2 bedroom apartment for myself and my family. Staff was helpful, apartment was clean & tidy. We had our private space. We enjoyed living there for our stay.
Disliked: There was no hot water all the time mostly. Only got hot water for an hour in the morning in whole day. I asked one of the staff about it, he said may be they run out of hot water because a lot of people are using it. They should have extra hot water tanks.

It serviced our needs but...

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs
Disliked: Compared to the photos the place is quite run down. We had 4 rooms, 20,19,10 and 9. All rooms had some sort of white powder spread around the floor. We had no towels when we arrived and rooms were not really serviced. If there is not a maintenance plan for the facility, I would suggest shutting down a room at a time and completing a full clean and maintenance.

Disliked: It wasn't clean, the bathroom was ridiculous and dirty, and the shower shouldn't be called a shower cause the water was just dripping out and nit hot, and the hot tub wasn't even a hot tub! Couldn't fill it and the water was going out😡 it was also dirty. The pool wasn't heated when it said it was, and also, u could see that the pool was dirty like it never gets cleaned. The bed sunk in the middle like the mattress was missing springs. There were also mattresses and beds outside the side of our room. There were a lot of beds around the place. Never will recommend staying there, nor will ever go back there!

Disliked: The toilet was blocked, shower drainages did not work. Flooded the bathroom. Rubbish under the lounge bed.

Liked: Location is excellent as it is a 5 min walk from the t9wn centre, Pak n Save. Parking was good. The pool was working this time.
Disliked: No aircon un my room. Had to leave the door open to cool down. There was no single sofa or couch. Had to sit on the bed to watch TV. No side table. The dining table had plastic outdoor chairs to sit on that were uncomfortable.

Disappointed, gross, cheap

Liked: The location was ok and bed ok.
Disliked: I was very disappointed, run down, tired room, shower didn’t work properly, you didn’t have a friendly greeting when we arrived, the owners would creepily stare at you and watch you through the window of office, no milk for hot drink, shouldn’t be charging people 100 plus for a room like that.
