Friendly staff. Great location. Close...

Liked: Great location. Close to beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was in good condition and shower had good hot water. Highly recommend.

Great location in Waikiki.

Liked: The location in Waikiki is great with lots of eateries.
Disliked: Overpriced for a 2-3star hotel and this 2nd stay at the end of my holiday wasn't as good as the 1st stay as I couldn't get any hot water from the shower.

Hotel is in a convenient...

Liked: The location is great, right across from the International MarketPlace. There's a courtyard outside the hotel with lots of eateries and a trolley bus stop out front.
Disliked: For a 2-3 star hotel, it is way overpriced. Don't like the check-in time of 4pm, it's too late, although I did manage to get in earlier.

Poor

Liked: Too noisy, too small and too dirty. If we lie in bed the TV is behind us. Not comfortable at all for the price we paid.
Disliked: Reduce the price by half to match what you have currently.

Great location with all necessary...

Liked: Great location, one block from Waikiki beach. With a fold down bed and a kitchenette.
Disliked: Check in is only till 10pm. I had to telephone ahead to make a $250 credit card deposit to receive key retrieval information through night security. Luckily I arrived at 9.30pm and could check in with friendly Jesse at the front desk.
