Great stay, good value

Liked: Clean and close to restaurants
Disliked: AC didn’t stay on without room key, but I know its to conserve energy. But! It would have been nice to come to a cold room after being out and about

Good short stay

Liked: The location and staff were great. Always appreciate a good smell on the lobby.
Disliked: The parking ramps is quite steep so your car can be damaged

Pay more stay somewhere else

Liked: Some of the staff were helpful, but overall just unkept. Random people coming into the lobby early in the morning, no security to speak of.
Disliked: Well the water in our room was brown for a period of time, the rooms floors were so dirty my socks would be black. I have to go to a chiropractor because of the beds. Seemed to have quite a few late night couples if you catch my drift on the elevator in the mornings leaving.

Liked: Some friendly staff and location.
Disliked: Dirty rooms, mold in the showers and we had to ask them to stop going into our room since my cellphone charger disappeared the first time someone came to clean.

Liked: location and breakfast was good
Disliked: The room and bathroom walls were dirty We had an incident outside the hotel where my phone was stolen.Two people on a motorcycle passed by and took my phone away.Didn't feel safe after that. Please advise guests to be careful outside your hotel or anywhere Guadalajara
