Boring no entertainment, no proper...

Liked: Pool water was warm and front staff was very nice and friendly , cleaner was lovely.
Disliked: This Hotel definitely not 5*, pictures looks really good but in reality it’s nothing like this. Pool very small only one bonus water it’s heated , jacuzzi never were full or working, pool tiles need to updating, looks wear off and broken in some places and dirty , windows very dirty never saw anybody cleaning them ,, this hotel more for business not for holidays ,, very bad design for sunbathing ,sun only till 2.30pm after goes behind that tree which is one I think need to be cutting.. Also breakfast was ok but very heavy to eat meat and potatoes in the morning, I sat at the table which is was not very clean ,, no one asked me if I need any serviette but when I paid they ask if I want to leave a tips .. in 2weeks time only ones I been asked if I want to order anything or I’m okay !! whiles I was sunbathing everyday .. there was a girl who came on my last day, there she had the best service around her I was there too, but again no one asked me anything ,that’s definitely not 5 stars,I think all ppl should be treated equally . Staff didn’t really speak very well English only on the reception didn’t have problems to speak in English..and in my room toilet doors on the rails , my ones was broken ,,so if you with your partner and need to go toilet , one of you have to leave a room because design it’s terrible ,doors just for to show ,, you can hear or even see through the big gaps ,,

Liked: The pool was warm, ok breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms are old, I had to move to another room since the door of the bathroom was 10 cm from the walls, whenever I used the sink, the water didn’t go immediately when u write to the hotel through the booking.com app to ask some questions, they never answered. I would not recommend this hotel at all, there are many others same value but better in general
