Cold cold stay

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: I asked the staff to fix the heater 6 times and not once did they go check it out. It was freezing cold the first night and that was awful to experience. The second night it was a little warmer outside so that helped the room not feel as cold but it was still cold. The worst part is having to call them that many times and not have any support from the staff.

Hope this hotel gets renewed...

Disliked: I have been going to this hotel for more than 20 years. I love it but I can see that they are not keeping up with it. The towels are old, the sheets from the bed are old. The furniture is still the same from 20 years ago.
