Great location, comfy and cozy...

Liked: Very nice design of the rooms and facilities. Location is good however at a quite noisy street. What's great is that the main plaza/ commercial center is across the street for any restaurants or quick shopping sprees.
Disliked: Staff. Overall impression was the staff all of the days we stayed at the property was generally in a bad mood.

YET ANOTHER GOOD AND PLEASANT...

Liked: This is a great hotel for a business traveler. Great location, surrounded by excellent restaurants within walking distance.Rooms are very good and comfortable, especially for business traveler and those who need to work remotely from their hotel room. Added bonus is when you flight is delayed and you arrive late at night, and you are hungry, you can still order some basics from room service, no matter how late at night it is. Very good!
Disliked: Our safe deposit box was not working. That was an inconvenience; the room should have been checked before our arrival to make sure all is in working condition.
