Great location for business or...

Liked: Spacious rooms and at great value. Right on Insurgentes Sur. Metro in front. Near the Diego Rivera Studio, San Angel and Coyoacan. 10 minute taxi from UNESCO Uni Library.
Disliked: Nothing

I'd stay again

Liked: the location, the staff, and the amount of space in the rooms were all great.
Disliked: my room had previously been trashed by former guests. It was clean and comfortable but there were big scratches on the floor and someone had clearly not treated it well.

Good

Liked: I liked that the hotel was close to my company's office. The bed was comfortable and the size that I was expecting. The room was overly large. It felt like I had more room than I needed.
Disliked: Some things were broken, such as the shower head. The food from the restaurant and room service were not to my liking. Its rating on Google seems to be appropriate (3.8). I went to other restaurants that had better ratings on Google (~4.4) and enjoyed the food there more.

Fit my needs perfectly

Liked: Large very comfortable room. Location on busy Insurgentes Ave, but convenient to Coyoacan.

Liked: Comfy bed. Good wifi. Pleasant front staff and chamber maid.The recommended taxi driver was superb!Location for San angel and Coyoacán excellent too, as well as banks and parks within a couple of minutes walk.
Disliked: Lacked ambience. Was very cold in the dining room/outside terrace. Nearby music or drumming all night long, til the early hours.Aircon stopped working in the whole hotel for several hours but nobody told us there was a central problem. It took hours to fix but ok, was one of those things.However, on our last evening we returned from a full day out. On us8ng the toilet in,our room it became very blocked and the handle flush wouldn’t work. When we left that morning it was fine.We reported it 3 times and had promises that it would be fixed but nobody came for two hours.Eventually, after yet another request in person, a young maintenance guy came. He fixed it and said he would send a cleaner as it was very dirty. Nobody came. This was 8pm. We left at 11am the next day and still no service to our room. Very disappointing.
