Liked: Lovely room
Disliked: I was charged twice for the room. I was told that the second charge would be refunded, but that has not happened so far.

Decent. I wouldn’t stay again...

Liked: It was quiet. It felt safe. The rooms were well insulated. We didn’t hear other guests unless they were leaving their rooms. There was a shopping center with a variety of stores we could go to. An Oxxo was across the street. The location was okay. There were plenty of places to go eat near by.
Disliked: The front desk staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. In fact they acted like we weren’t standing right in front of them a couple of times. Very unprofessional. However, the housekeeping ladies were so kind. The beds were not comfortable. At all.

Passable

Liked: The facility is nice at first glance. It’s close to public transportation.
Disliked: One of the staff member goes out of her way to be unhelpful. Our requests were always met with no as the default answer, if there’s anyone else at the front desk, they’d help but we have very little luck with one particular person at front desk. The room design is not great. It has a small kitchenette, an empty entrance but no place for us to eat. It can use a small dining table and there’s plenty of space for that. The bathroom door doesn’t lock.

Liked: It is modern, clean and the suites has wha you need and spacious.
Disliked: The process for check in takes sometime and I don’t like that they take a fotocopy of you ID. Another thing that I missed in the room, was a rope. That would be excelent

Liked: Excellent hotel. We were hosting there several times.Bed so comfortable.Room very clean.Personnel very kind and friendly.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn't work. They changed it and it didn't work either and our food rotted.The iron didn't work either.
