Liked: Location for my business.
Disliked: - no smiles at the reception - no breakfast that is part of the hotel’s building. - requested invoice sent after multiple calls and messages.

Need to improve comun areas

Liked: Poor service in room cleaning, 2 days with no service at all, Carpet in the 3er floor extremely dirty

It was a great place...

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean
Disliked: Missing free water and tea as most hotels. Outside of hotel on sidewalk there were too many merchants

Very pleased.

Liked: Everything was very professionally done. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was impeccable clean so was the bathroom.
Disliked: Should have a shuttle from and to the airport.
