Liked: The only positive point of this hotel is its location, right on one of the nicest beaches in Acapulco. If you dare to come here, at least don't hesitate to take a room with a sea view.
Disliked: The hotel is totally runned-down. It's full of middle-class families coming from Mexico City on a budget tour package. It's crowdy and very noisy. Most guests are rude and don't respect others' desire of tranquillity, they play their loud music and you can't even hear the sound of the sea. In addition, you have to ware a plastified bracelet during your whole stay, which costs 400 pesos in case you loose it. You can't really count on the restaurant, since it's expensive and food is average. For European standards it's a low-key place.

Liked: The front view of the sea was spectacular. Shop on site for conveniences. Direct access to the beach.
Disliked: Very crowded pool area, not able to get to use it. To the left of our room a dilapidated building which spoilt the view and a very noisy industrial unit below. Being all inclusive the lobby bar was not fully attended and therefore had to wait some time on many occasions for service.
