Dreadful avoid if you think...

Liked: We refused the breakfast as the place was so dirty. The standard of room was less than 1*Not close two floors apart request ignored. Was necessary for disability to be next to each therefore forced to share a room time they’d refund but in the morning the reception was nasty and said it was our decision Yes the carpets stained dreadful cracked tiles filthy shower and toilet all stained towels dirty bed was old one lumpy The pool had scum around the edge and was cold not heated the stairs at entrance were very dangerous. Crazy paved!It was old tired and filthy with very rude staff the hotel is opposite a factory dreadful views Very upsetting. Booking .com said they’d return the fees and heard no further!!!’n
Disliked: A true description of the 1* hotel not 4*. How ridiculous The sheets were thread bare the bathroom stink and was filthy tiles cracked stains on the table tops and the carpets Refused to take breakfast due to the state of the premisesThe pool was unfit for swimming

The worst hotel experience ever

Liked: Nothing..if there is something, it's the photo on booking of the main building
Disliked: What a bad experience we had at our stay in this hotel. Old muffy rooms. Looks like the 70s. Not maintained. Very noisy (some pump of the swimming pool) ?Getting an other room in the basement at 10.30 pm. Main light in the room didn't work. Again that muffy old smell.Four stars on booking?? What a joke. This is not even worth one star.

Disliked: Maybe the blanket was too thick and heavy for summer, and the pillows weren't comfortable

Average stay. Place needs a...

Liked: If you want the feeling of an old fashion inn you’re in the right place. However the place is worn out and could really do with a thorough restauration .
Disliked: The joints between the bathroom tiles seem moldy and the beds were hard as rocks. The food we had in the restaurant was not worth the price. The meat was dry and the potatoes burnt.
