Good atmosphere and service but...

Liked: The building is unique and creates a great atmosphere. Lovely art work inside gives it a modern touch. The service was very attentive and polite. The building is located very central but still in a quiet area. The parking service was great although at extra cost
Disliked: Rooms were below expectations. Very cold and set at 16 degrees when we arrived, heating and AC were noisy. Bathrooms not clean, especially the shower which was really to some extend disgusting. Equipment was old (e.g. hairdryer). Simply not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel at this price. The design of corse is always rather subjective but we had a giant Mona Lisa wallpaper stretching across the entire wall and staring at us. Breakfast was ok but nothing special, variety of offerings at the buffet could be greater.

Liked: Breakfast was a scandal! I never paid in my entire traveling life 40 euros for a breakfast! And never was the quality so poor ! A total scandal….2 types of bread only…a fruit salad that looked not fresh….only orange juice…2 tiny tiny bowls of egg salad that ran out when I was going to get more…everything looked scarce and not fresh….never again….a total rip off

Liked: The entire experience was 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We loved the service, the artwork, the whole ambiance!
Disliked: Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we needed to leave the hotel and search for a restaurant.

Liked: - Staff very friendly and helpful- Great service- Hotel in an old monastery, simply amazing, great atmosphere- Room tidy with all facilities- Bar and staff fantastic- City center 5 mins walk
