Disliked: Daily cleaning , i stayed 10 days i couldnt get real room makeup if they will improve it , then they will deserve 10/10

Expected a cleaner room for...

Liked: Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: There were bugs (both dead and alive) in the room and no fly-screens on the windows. We had closed the roller shutter entirely and got woken up in the middle of the night by a big beetle and wasps ticking against the window from the inside. There were 2 dead wasps stuck in the curtains and a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling and lights. The room also got terribly warm and there was no AC and since we didn't want to be waken up by bugs again we couldn't leave the window slightly open either.

Disliked: Advertised as having a bar and restaurant. On arrival, we were told these had been discontinued many months ago. We had driven up from Italy and picked a place that supposedly had these facilities as we just needed to chill. So very disappointed to have been duped. Website still mentions bar and restaurant!!

Liked: Clean rooms, nice touch with dog bed and bowls for our pet.
Disliked: We had chosen this as it had a bar and restaurant in it which was perfect for our 1 night stop. Unfortunately the night we stayed the hotel was unmanned and everything was shut until the next morning.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff...

Liked: The hotel staff is very helpful and nice, the room was big and comfortable, and breakfast was perfect.
Disliked: The location itself is not particularly pretty but the hotel is lovely.

The stay was nice, and...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave us good advice on restaurants and shopping. They were very helpful in parking our bikes safely overnight. The room was large and well equipped, and the balcony was nice.
Disliked: We were on the first floor, with heavy bags, and there is no elevator. The hotel restaurant was closed, apparently permanently. Overall the hotel gave the impression that it was going through hard times.
