The staff were friendly and...

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was excellent with a great shower room which was very clean. It was a short walk to the bars and restaurants with lots of choice, overall a great stay in a great place, keep up the good work and i would definitely stay again
Disliked: Could of been more of a variation of foods at breakfast, everything you need , but its a small hotel! the hotel and staff were fantastic, this isn't a complaint, just a potential improvement, thank you for looking after us

Great Experience

Liked: Amazing and diverse breakfast with hot/english breakfast and continental breakfast, rooms were tidy and clean.Good location (30min walk to Amsterdam centraal station, 20min walk to main attractions and museums).24/7 free Coffee Station and water at the lobby.
Disliked: Rooms and double bed were a bit small.

I had a great time...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and right around where you need to be when you visit Amsterdam. Thought the single room was a bit small at first but got used to it and realised it was probably the perfect size considering the location
Disliked: Bed was a little hard and the pillows were too big but not long enough. Was like sleeping on two massive cushions. The lighting in the room was also a bit dark above the bed. Bathroom is quite small also but was not an issue
