Good

Disliked: The room was small and in case you are three people, you receive a bed in the wall that it expands and that you have to do by yourself, leading to an even smaller room. The bathroom was as well little. No fridge or coffee maker.

Everything was perfect, 2nd best...

Very good hotel and really...

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful, they helped us with some of our queries. They also promptly gave us an extra pillow when we asked for it. The breakfast was nice. The hotel location is perfect.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great location, good value overall.

Liked: Amazing location right in the old town and a short walk from the main train station. Breakfast was good (though not awesome).
Disliked: My bathroom was smelly because the drain of the shower was assembled incorrectly. Luckily I knew how to fix that. Also despite good windows, noise from the alley got up to my room and I had to use earplugs (at 1 AM!).

Good for 1-2 nights if...

Liked: Soundproof rooms. Location in the middle of Bern close to restaurants. Luggage lockers. Could easily extend my stay to two nights.
Disliked: Rooms very small. Only one towel. Check-in process lengthy, people friendly but their system appears to be a challenge.
