Nice experience

Liked: We enjoyed everything, Bern is lovely and the hotel is perfect in every sense, clean, comfortable, location, breakfast, roof panoramics... and nicest personnel
Disliked: I would only mention room temperature, a bit hot the first night and a bit cold the second, but it didn't make the stay any less enjoyable.

Liked: Spacious rooms, with a modern bathroom and large shower. The room was quite nice and the breakfast simple but some nice options. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old town!The staff were friendly, well-mannered and accommodating. I didn't like my initial room, given that there was some road noise outside, the staff quickly found me a new room on a higher floor. The second room had some issues, which were minor, but I didn't want to complain again. My stay there was really pleasant and I would go back again!
Disliked: Unfortunately, the second room faced the elevator, so a lot of light would come through the curtains and you could hear the elevator. I had an eyemask and earplugs so I slept well. It was really only this room, the others are all well positioned and I think it was cause the hotel was full that they had to give me this one. I really didn't mind as I was only there for 2 nights, but I'd recommend not staying in room 317.

Liked: The value, location, comfort, and breakfast were excellent, we were very pleased with everything and all the staff we met were pleasant and helpful! Would 100% recommend this hotel and will 100% stay again in the future
