Liked: I recently stayed at your hotel during my vacation. While the stay itself was comfortable, I had an unfortunate experience during checkin. I was unable to open my room with the keys provided, so I returned to the reception for assistance. The receptionist, however, responded rather abruptly and said she couldn’t come with me as other guests might be checking in soon. She was also making faces and showed no intention to help, which made the situation even more disappointing.I felt the interaction was dismissive and lacked the courtesy one would expect in a hospitality setting. I understand operational constraints, but a more polite, empathetic response or offering an alternative solution would have made a big difference to my experience.I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to help improve guest service in the future.
