The hotel looks nice but...

Liked: The location was great and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, suitable only for back sleepers. The mattress was covered in a plastic bag under the bedsheet, making one sweat. I had to remove it and remake the bed. The pillows were very bad too. The carpet was stained.

Lovely stay overall

Liked: Lovely stay! Cozy room, lovely view from a balcony, super friendly staff, and a great location—right opposite a supermarket and bus stop.
Disliked: The restaurant felt very outdated. The breakfast options were also a bit disappointing.

Pleasant stay at Kongress Hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was decent, sauna even if has seen it's best days, good location to reach the cross country tracks and ski lifts, late check-out.
Disliked: Property policies stated that parking was free of charge which was not the case (seems that the hotel has corrected this), facilities a bit tired, room service only came in late afternoon.

Disliked: The heating was not working!!! They didn’t tell us until we got to the room and it was very cold so we asked them how to turn on the heating!!! they told us that the heating is not working (it was -5C)!!!!

Very good, will stay again

Liked: Location - walking distance from the cross-country ski area, comfort and cleanliness of the room which was spacious enough. Easy to regulate the temperature in the room. Parking is very convenient.
Disliked: It was a bit difficult to find where to open the parking garage door, getting the kettle at the reception is a bit strange procedure :)

Superb

Liked: Everything was perfect. They provided us an extra bed for free. Also they give a free access to the Hallenbad nearby. Breakfast is modest but good
