Disliked: - First hotel that i've ever stayed at that does not provide extra pillows. SUGGESTION: Just automatically place 2 extra pillows in every room so that you don't need to expend extra manpower for that. Could not sleep well at all.- Mattress not comfortable- Curtains do not completely block out the street lights so room does not get very dark even at night- Poor sound proofing. Can hear other guests talking loudly while coming back late at night, very disruptive- Extra towels from the replacement cabinet were stained yellow!! - Toilet flush wasn't working well- Shower head settings were poor/faulty. - There was a framed picture of a skimpily clad woman on the wall. Why did you select such pictures as artwork/decor for a hotel room?? You are just cheapening your reputation and brand image. Really distasteful and questionable.

Liked: I thought the hotel was really really good for the cost I paid. Also, only a 10-minute walk to the main station is extremely convenient and allowed me to stay in bed for longer.I will visit Cologne in April and will stay in this very place again.
Disliked: The check-in questionnaire had to many questions. Also, they were in German and half the time I didn't even understand what was required and just replied at random. But it's a minor inconvenience.

Liked: The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The location is also excellent, with only a short walking distance to the Cologne Catheral and the main train station.
