Liked: Check in was possible online but the PC did not read the QR code generated, so I had to use the one Computer screen available in the reception area.Suggest to 1. Have more than one PC screen to check in 2. Install a proper QR code reader3. Explain in the welcome email more clearly what to expect on arrival, e.g. that you are supposed to print your own room access card

Nice hotel without staff

Liked: Nice hotel. Research centers, faculties and companies around. Clean.
Disliked: No staff, check-in via QR code, etc. There is a small kitchen with dish-washing machine, but I was not able to find the dishes, spoons, forks. I didn't need it, anyway.

Green modern design and concept...

Liked: Location suited our purpose for visiting the medical facilities, very well Coffee machine and pods provided. Thank you
Disliked: The noise inside the building was a great disturbance. After several long flights we just wanted to sleep. The bed was also very narrow. We have booked again, a more luxury suite, in the hope that it will be a more quiet room and a larger bed. We need to visit Tűbingen monthly for another year

Door lock broken

Liked: Easy check in and out
Disliked: The door lock was broken and we had to switch rooms. But since there is no reception we had to call them. And only after the second call they gave us another room, hours later. So we had to bring our stuff from the first room into the car, since we couldn't lock the room while being away.That was quite inconvenient and could have been very inconvenient if we were in a rush.
