Disliked: Overrated hotel. Service is bad. 1. I dont respect hotels that dont provide drinking water. This is just ridiculous. For real, shame on you. 2. I didnt have wifi or signal the entire time. And when i called the front desk (twice) she said she will send the “engineer “. He never came, twice. 3. The water is just ok, but you cant get actual hot water. Very minimal basic shower amenities (not even a shower gel) 4. I can’t understand the hype about the pool. Its just another pool. I regret canceling my other hotel reservation to visit koloa landing.

Great Time in Kauai!

Liked: The pools were sensational at the Koloa Landing. The rooms were also stacked with a full kitchen,washing machine and laundry. Great for the family!
Disliked: The price of the resort compared to other high end resort. While the property is great, its still not the Hyatt or another 4+ resort.

Disliked: customer service of restaurant staff. although service was friendly and timely, staff needs to work on their polish. From the dining area, we could hear staff socializing in the back and use profanity. On our last day, we also heard a sick staff member clear her sinus and spit in the kitchen area. Disgusting.

Beautiful stay at beautiful location,...

Liked: The hotel landscaping and pool were beautiful, especially the view from the lobby. Appreciated the complimentary coffee early in the morning. Walking path along the ocean was nice. Mostly quiet. Free parking was good.
Disliked: Would have liked the opportunity to have an ocean view room, but rooms with an ocean view were not offered. Bathroom was functional but not luxurious. Did not request daily maid service, but found out at checkout that we did not qualify for the daily credit because we did not charge anything to the room.
