Liked: Comfortable beds, clean and quiet, good hot water and nice bathroom, decent tv
Disliked: No milk, biscuits, plates, cutlery or cold water in the fridge, cockroach ran across a surface, bottoms of blinds broken, hole in wall behind the lounge, no outside lights, ceiling lights not working properly Was charged an extra $30 for a dog that wasn't refunded even though we left the room clean.Arrived at 7pm and they were still cleaning the roomWould not recommend to anyone else

Liked: Affordable.
Disliked: The staff were less than helpful. The room that was advertised as being accessible was not. I was told this was my fault for booking via booking.com rather than calling them directly to discuss. The staff member wasn’t friendly and didn’t offer any solutions. When I asked he agreed to pay extra for a room upgrade. The accessible bathroom in the room that we paid extra for what poorly maintained.
