Very enjoyable! Looking forward to...

Liked: The evening meal was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were friendly and courteous, they were so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Slight lack of milk/refreshments (and would have preferred fresh milk). But we were supplied with a bottle of fresh water as well which was a nice touch and everything else needed was at hand.

Liked: Freezing cold. I mean freezing. Silly little electric heaters deployed.Zero Xmas decorations or atmosphere - not even background music.Bizarre serviceCouldn’t even get a piece of bread toasted properly.Should be amazing - really want it to work but I suspect it will close very shortly

Liked: We had the most extraordinary stay in this beautiful hotel. The service was outstanding and we felt at home the minute we entered. Not only is the interior of the hotel so tastefully arranged but also the food was delicious. We are very much looking forward to come back soon!
