Liked: The bed was so comfortable

Liked: I always check the bed before anything. The linens had a huge brown ring of dried pee on the bottom AND top sheet. Gentleman said there was nothing he could do. Long story short, I was beyond mad especially after he said I could go elsewhere or change the sheets myself, he brought clean linens and helped make the bed. I also wasn’t charged for my stay.

Comfortable good value

Liked: Inexpensive fine for an over night.
Disliked: Fixtures and paint needs updated. Carpet needs replaced. Floor was creaky.

Liked: The location was excellent for the reason we were in Hillsville. One of the quietest motels we have stayed in over the years.The price is hard to beat.The cleanliness was excellent.

Liked: The value for a place to sleep for an evening.
Disliked: It is dated but again for under$60 what would you expect?

Pleasant

Liked: Good location, safe and quiet besides ambulances. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything worked as should. The bed was decently comfortable.
Disliked: The carpet needs replacing, it was disgusting. It smelled of urine, thankfully not overwhelming, and it subsided when I opened the window. Carpet extremely old and stained. Other than that the room was as clean as it could be. I understand it is a budget hotel but the carpet needs replacing.
