Overall it was a great...

Liked: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot think of anywhere I have stayed which such friendly staff. The room was large and the location was convenient. Nice touches such as having snacks available on each floor (and cookies in the lobby).
Disliked: The breakfast could use some help. I pretty good range of options, but, e.g., the oatmeal could be hot as opposed to warm.

One of the better boutique...

Liked: Breakfast was included with the room. While there were not extensive options, the food was good and more than met expectations.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff

Liked: The rooms were comfy and spacious. The beds were cozy and they provided an extra blanket, which was nice if you didn't want to use the big comforter. The room had a ceiling fan, which was great! Loved how they also left out snacks and water in the hallways. The shower was great and loved the addition of bath salts for your bath. And they were pet friendly! :)
Disliked: The food could be better. The breakfast was meh...and dinner was just okay. Also, I feel like the a/c unit in our room didn't work very well. It was a bit stuffy in our room, but luckily we had a ceiling fan and we could open our balcony door to let it cool off in the room a bit.
