Liked: Everything! Clean Venue, clean rooms and the rooms are soundproof so it’s quiet unless you’re outside and there’s people there. I always book here when I’m in Auckland, it’s so nice and the staff are lovely
Disliked: Wifi was a bit slow but that’s understandable haha everything was good though, no complaints from me

Liked: Location, right next to organic supermarket. Clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: A bit smaller than I thought. Pics shoeing upstairs room but we got downstairs room instead. Cushions had black stains or just the design?

Liked: Management recognised that I'd booked a single small room for me and my son. He believed it would be uncomfortable for us so, upgraded our room free of charge.
Disliked: No complaints. Great value.
