Disliked: Staff was rude not helpful. Ran out of toilet paper twice tried to get more but office was closed first time second time ended up leaving and going to Best Western.

Other than the room being...

Liked: Room was good. Issue!!!! When we checked in at 4:45 pm the room was incredibly cold I discovered that with extremely cold temperatures outside the window was open and the heat was turned off. It took several hours for the temperature to reach a comfortable level.
Disliked: There was no receipt available other than the credit card receipt. We were quoted $82.00 dollars for the night and were charged 109.00. It appears that the Booking . com rates mean little at this operation.
