I was so disappointed in this hotel. I paid $109.00 for the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The receptionist forgetting to activate my key was the first sign that things were going downhill. Secondly, the toilet did not work. Thirdly, the bathtub was not clean - hair was left in it. The whole place looked nasty. The next morning, the breakfast was unreal. There was no milk for the cereal, no butter for the waffles, no cream cheese for the bagel. I would not have minded the $109 if I had got decent service. They say "never say never" but NEVER AGAIN.

Liked: In a very nice area - able to walk to the mall and several restaurants.
Disliked: The room smelled like urine and smoke - I reserved a no smoking room. There were stains on the floor and sheets of the roll away bed.

Amenities need improvement!

Liked: The staff at the counter was cordial and friendly Continental breakfast was convenient. Late check out was much needed
Disliked: My phones did not charge in any outlet, I had to ask the front desk to provide me with phone charging service.The mini fridge was a puddle of water on the floor after leaking all night long. Room service/ maid and maintenance took a long time to clean up the situation.

Liked: Had to change rooms several times due to being dirty and one room having bugs. The last room was okay.

Disappointing

Disliked: It was very musty in the room me and my girlfriend stayed in. I could barely breathe. She woke up and couldn’t breathe. Bed was kind of uncomfortable. Seems to have water damage on the ceiling. It was really hot in the room even when it’s on high. Feels like just noise but no air. The soap made my hands itchy. Door to the bathroom looks very dirty and no where near clean. Barely any towels and I found a bug crawling into the tub drain. Again it was really hard to breathe in here and my nose was very stuffy. I almost went to go sleep in the car.
