Disliked: Had a 100$ deposit. Two day return for deposit. NOTHING stated on the b.com app. I did not book the room. Found other accomodations.

Disappointing

Liked: It is conveniently located in South Sioux City. It is Central to everything in Sioux City.
Disliked: My one major complaint is that the staff is not present at the front desk 24 hours a day. My key card stopped working and I was locked out of my room. I rang the doorbell and called the front desk number multiple times with no response.

I would book Knights Inn again for my traveling needs. Clean, comfortable, affordable, safe.

Liked: All I needed was a shower, tv and bed. Which is what I got. Clean, comfortable, affordable. Was easy to find, easy to get back on my traveling route.
Disliked: The only thing I was disappointed with was the in-room mini fridge did not work so I could not put my water in to stay cold.
