The location was probably the closest we could find to the venue. The convenience store next to the hotel is handy. It's definitely NOT a place I would ever choose to stay for luxury or amenities, but it beats a campground, for sure. The room was very clean which was a relief. The walls aren't well soundproofed but other guests were quiet and we all slept soundly. Bring your own pillows if you're at all picky about pillows. These were a bit firm. It's a practical place to stay. Don't expect any extras.
Liked: The girl at the front desk was very helpful when we needed bedding for our pull-out.
Disliked: The appearance of the place seems a little grimy upon first impression. The carpets need to be redone and our toilet seat was a bit wobbly. The waffle machine wasn't very good at making waffles.

Overall the stay was decent....
Liked: Place was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good and coffee was lukewarm. Expensive to stay there. Price was jacked up due to concert.

I would never stay here...
Liked: The only saving factor for staying here was it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The price of the room was beyond ridiculous!

Disappointing
Liked: The front check in staff was great.
Disliked: Walked into room there was a set of false eyelashes still glued to the headboard of the bed. How can the cleaner not see them? Wanted to use bathtub for a bath..no plug..staff gave a piece of cling wrap and said to cover the hole with this then a wash cloth to use as a plug.Went for breakfast at 8am..no hot food. Took 3 attempts knocking on staff door, checking in at front desk to find a staff person to let them know. It was 835 when the food was replaced and breakfast was over at 9am. A few people left without the breakfast as there was no indication that the food was going to be refilled. For the over 300.00 for 1 night this hotel did not come close to meeting the expectations. This is a 150.00 a night establishment. They need to rework their rates.

A good if slightly expensive...
Liked: Nicely kept on the outside, big parking lot. Friendly staff and easy check in. There was a lounge with coffee and a workout room. Our room was basic but clean, comfortable beds and enough space. Hotel was quiet at night and breakfast in the morning was good. The convenience store on the same property was handy.
Disliked: Slightly expensive for what you get, you pay for it being close to The Gorge for sure.

Friendly staff, Good location
Liked: The location was great! Pretty much in the middle of town I felt like,& it was only a 15min drive from where we needed to go! Room had a mini fridge to keep things cold if needed! Customer service was very welcoming and friendly! If you’re just needing a place to sleep and aren’t looking for a place to staycation at then it isn’t too bad of a hotel for just crashing at!They do have a heater & AC in the rooms which both seemed to work well! The room & beds were decently clean, minus a weird smell by the door when you first walk in!
Disliked: On our GPS it was giving use the address as 710 but the building says 912 so just a heads up on that incase you get confused too! It is the hotel that is attached to a gas station!!Rooms are tiny, the double bed ones anyways, I personally feel they need to update their lamps to the ones that have the plug ins on them, so make sure you don’t forget your wall adapter piece to your chargers if you stay, the room had a weird smell to it when you first walked in, the breakfast area could use a good deep clean, there didn’t seem to be enough food to accommodate all guests in the hotel, the juice machine was messed up & the coffee was cold! Also, the beds didn’t have a top blanket on them, just the sheets & a blanket that goes under a comforter, so I’d recommend bringing a blanket if you get cold easy or need more then 1 blanket to sleep with!

If we’d had another option…please...
Liked: Residential fridge. Plenty of towels, even a toothbrush and paste provided. Comfy bed, clean linens, extra pillows as requested. Spotlessly clean lobby.
Disliked: Cost of almost $300 for one night-disgusting. Nothing BIG dollars event going on locally at the Gorge amphitheater where I would expect higher costs in the area. To attend a Bluegrass festival NOT a reason for the one night cost! Almost double we paid one year ago for one night to attend same event. Big accessible room BUT… furniture and carpet very stained. No silverware, not even plastic, but had pots and pans?? Kitchen sink and stove were filthy. Kitchen only had the exhaust hood stove light. Bathroom shower in poor condition broken tiles, grout was disgusting. Very low water pressure. Bedroom floor was awful, no edge of carpet at wall cleaning at all, very obvious dust line. Tiny candy pieces stuck in the carpet at the wall edge. Only dim ceiling light and one (broken shade) night stand lamp, which I moved to the desk. Breakfast from 5-9 am… scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/ gravy, cereals. All that ran out at 8:15. Supposed to be until 9am?? No fruit, yogurts, coffee creamer.
