Ok for the price got...

Liked: Price was ok.
Disliked: TV reception is lousy. Mostly just sports, no local stations. The ones that did come in was blurry and a lot of interference.

It was what we needed...

Liked: What we needed for our stay. Roof over our head; Warm bed to sleep in; Secure Room & Well-Lighted Parking.
Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner… more attention to things left on the walls (I cleaned them); greasy chair could be removed from room (just didn’t use it).
