Liked: Cost,clean,bed, location.
Disliked: No snack machine or restaurant.

Not bad but it could...

Liked: The room was cleaner than I expected after reading the reviews. Housekeeping did a nice job. The room was very quiet. Heat kicked on and was toasty.
Disliked: We stayed here after a day of Hallofun at Knoebels. I thought the place was shut down when we pulled in...no lot lights and not a car in the lot. If it were just me, I would've turned around and tried to find another place to stay. It was dark and foreboding. Some more lighting and perhaps employee's cars could help fill in some spots in the lot. Check in was indifferent. I was relieved to get the key and flee to the room. Sheets could use improvement. I did find a roach in the bathroom in the morning. I'm a country girl so it didn't really shock me, but I did make my husband get up and leave early and I showered when we got home six hours later. :-/

Acceptable to some not to...

Liked: Friendly staff and comfortable bed
Disliked: The room was dirtier than I expected. The shower walls had excessive soap scum and the rest of the walls were dirty. There were no tissues in the room and only half a roll of toilet paper.

Passable

Disliked: There was no warning of $100 down before paying for the room . There were tv in the room , but there was no tv besides a Roku in Spanish . We had two rooms and the other tv wouldn’t do nothing .

Bad

Liked: Checked out the first night we stayed... cockroaches EVERYWHERE
Disliked: Dirty/ cockroaches

All in all, the accommodations...

Liked: The manager was friendly and honest. The air conditioner, wifi and shower all worked well. There was plenty of free and accessible parking. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and free coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: Larger and more towels would have been helpful, also four pillows for the queen-sized bed (there were three).

Good

Liked: we arrived very late and staff was very accommodating Location worked well for us loved the outside door from room
Disliked: no bkft any ice? didn't see any TV didn't work
