We specifically booked a smoking room and were given a non-smoking room. When my husband went back to the service desk to ask about the mistake, she apologized but they were fully booked and couldn't move us. They weren't even willing to give us a discount on the room due to THEIR mistake! Also, because of that, we had to go outside to smoke. Other than that, no complaints. The room was clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable too! No noise from the neighboring rooms either.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The pool also looked well-maintained.
Disliked: Did not get the type of room we requested. Not many trash receptacles in room either.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, very close to shopping, only complaints are the hot water was lukewarm, and the beds were extremely squeaky and a bit uncomfortable

Disliked: the bedding. small pillows and thin blankets, not enough pillows, and the ones on the bed were not good. No soap in the bathroom.It was said breakfast included. But nothing, just coffee and orange juice, and small cheap muffins.

For the price, it's well...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of parking. Great location, near everything in Hershey. Worth the price.
Disliked: Room was a little plain and they have signs that they won't provide extra towels, etc. Didn't effect us, but could be a issue for other guests.
