Liked: The room looked as if it were recently refurbished had all the basic amenities including a fridge, microwave and television which were in perfect working order. The bed was comfortable with a warm comforter and blanket. The location may be a distance away from the downtown center of London but it was a peacefully quiet stay on a weekend.
Disliked: The door does not have an inner lock for security installed despite the room exiting straight to the outside which had me feeling uneasy. Despite signing the initial deposit in case of damage to the room in the duration of the stay I was put off that the bathroom had considerable scuffs from prior guests and attempts to fix some of the pre-existing damage.
