I would look around for...

Liked: The size of the room was nice.
Disliked: The heater fan is quite noisy and makes it difficult to sleep.

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Door frame had been smashed in. Had to use chair just in case. Shower head was broken and the sink was plugged.

Liked: Very sketchy part of town. Occupation of other guests was questionable.
Disliked: No breakfast available, no restaurant. Barest minimum provided - towels. No hair dryer. Room only,
