Won't be staying there again

Liked: Average breakfast there was fruit waffles etc. Only had coffee ste elsewhere.
Disliked: Out dated bathroom don't cater to seniors no grab bars when climbing in and out of the tub. Old style toilet need to.update with taller toilet for seniors with handicap. Requested room on ground floor but didn't have any when checking in.

Liked: The staff was efficient and friendly.
Disliked: No elevator, was place on third floor difficult climbing stairs with knee issues. Maybe staff should ask if people have mobility difficulties.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and nice. Beautiful view of the river.
Disliked: Not the most accessible. We were out for a medical procedure and my mom was in her 60s and had to climb a bunch of stairs but other than that everything was great.

Liked: The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, if a little outdated. Good value for money.
Disliked: There is no lift access, which was not a particular problem for our party and the stairwell is not climate controlled, so it can get chilly in winter.The heater thermostat may need service. Seemed to be all or nothing.
