Liked: good size rooms, relatively quiet, and they have a coziness to them
Disliked: The rooms are quite clean, but have been a bit untidy when Ive check in. I always get the feeling they dont care much at this place. AC was cranked to 16º when arriving which was ridiculous, much too cold and a needless waste of energy. I had mentioned it the time I stayed before but they paid me no attention. The included breakfast is terrible, but seems to be the general standard for this level of Inn. The smell of Indian cooking can be an issue at times. May depend on the room you get. The condition of the place is so so. Still it's better value than some of the budget places to stay in Kamloops. Noisy AC and heating units.

Liked: I can't really answer that, since upon my arrival to check in after my reservation and room had already been booked and paid for, the staff refused to follow through with my reservation and allow me to check in. Stating that I did not have the right I. D., even tho on the website, it states, all guests, upon arrival, and check in, must have photo i.d., and I had government issued birth certificate, b.c. Services card with photo, as well as my b.c. I.d. also with photo, the only thing was, that it was photo copied, just 3 days prior to that, straight from courthouse, which had been govermently stamped and dated, as a replacement until i receive my new ones in the mail. Not only that, but the I d.s, were just issued within the last few months, so it's not as if they were expired, or even close to being so if that was the problem, I could understand if they were photocopies of my old expired IDs
