Disliked: I was going to leave well enough alone but Knights Inn kept pestering me for my feedback so here it is. Our room was awful and the hallways smell horribly of marijuana. The bathroom door in room was completely destroyed and wouldn’t close. In addition the bathroom had no toilet paper and mismatched towels. All of the furniture in our room was destroyed from the lampshades to the table. Our window opened but there was no screen as it had been cut out.

Disliked: I couldn’t get my rooms after I made a reservation for my family we get there and the attendant says I only paid for one room so we just left and went elsewhere. He was not giving me 2 keys only 1. And said I had to pay again for another room. So me my family left. I want a refund because we didn’t stay and he was very rude.

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING!!!!
Disliked: The room was absolutely FILTHY!!! No towels no toilet paper the door to the room was actually open when we got to it the mattress’s didn’t fit the beds the chair was so badly stained the carpet was stained and torn everywhere…the room was the worst ever!!!! We were exhausted so we ruffed it out…American Express will be hearing from me when I get home
