Great staff who wanted us...

Liked: The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The coverlet was a thin material and I do not know if that is seasonal.
Disliked: The window treatments are for privacy which is important but did not have a light filtering curtain for allowing some daylight in if total privacy was not needed then

Liked: Good water pressure, beds comfortable
Disliked: Hair dryer didn't work, room service turned up the AC so it was hot when we returned from our outing

Liked: It was pretty well up to date in terms of amenities.
Disliked: It kind of looks like a HOE-tel. But I didn't see any of that there.
