Disliked: Everything. Dirty. Run down. Waited at the front desk for almost an hour before someone came to help us. No hot water. Large dogs barking and growling at us. Everything was rusted and gross.

Liked: I booked this hotel and went to checkin. No one was at the front desk for 3+hours. I tried to call them. Eventually i had to cut my losses and book a new hotel at about 10pm.
Disliked: Scammers

Liked: nothing complete disarray and completely disgusting and very very poor customer service if any and there wasnt any. I was there on scheduled time of arrival and the clerk was sleeping and had me waiting for close to 2 hours with my service dog with me at my side. I asked to be refunded as I have the right to refuse services whatever the situation and this situation was wrong and it was disgusting and I wanted a refund and I was told Id be given one its been more then a month and nothing has hit my account. I spoke to my bank and all they say is to call the merchant when they have credit my account regardless to what the reason why I disputed it for , but this one situation was in every way necessary and I have the right to do so and have had everyone from booking.com give me nothing but broken promises and pending deposit dates that were lies of when I would receive my refund and why I wanted one that is now far from the relevant reason now. I am completely pissed off to say the least ! I paid for a week through booking.com to just have myself robbed for $435.00 and it is my no means right nor legal in every which way! someone should have the decency to credit my account whether its the merchant or booking.com, or my bank and no one want to do so, but they can tell me everything but the truth and everything but that ism being refunded and credit my account immediately so this is gonna end up in small claims court cause Im pissed! I have nothing but the truth on my side and records and voice recordings that were from every which party.!! noone can be a professional which dosent surprise me anymore!! Im putting an end to this situation in every legal way! honestly!Smh..!!Done!!
