Liked: There is nothing to forgive this motel's existence.
Disliked: Unsafe and dilapidated bathroom; chintzy linen both in the bath on on the beds; dirty floors; horrible TV; just everything terrible. Do not ever stay at this hotel - sleep on a park bench. It will be cleaner and more comfortable.

Liked: Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Parking is cheaper than other places near it. While parking is a big issue at Niagara Falls, they allowed to park the car even after check out which is very nice gesture. Parking rate - $10 per day, $15 - overnight. Walk to American Falls is 15 mins and most of the way is downhill slope. This place is closer to the Casino.
