Pleasant

It was just ok. Not...

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to.
Disliked: The floor was not carpeted so when we came in from outside with wet-snowy boots it made puddles wherever we walked. The room was frigid when we got there and took awhile to warm up.

Bad

Liked: The person at the front desk was very helpful but we went to the room and it had no heat, and the heater was blowing out cold air. They turn the heat off unless someone is using it. That's unacceptable!!!

Liked: Great coffee, cereals, toast and jams, bananas and apples and pastries. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

Liked: This place was conveniently located to where we was going. It was quiet. I would recommend this place to any one that wants a good cheap place
Disliked: The door to our room was kinda hard to open and the bathroom door needs to be fixed as it probaly gotten wet but overall it was a great place to stay. If we are ever in that that area again I would stay there. They could had a blanket with a bedspread. We had left early do to a family emergency situation back home and I understand no refunds given back but most hotels charge u for the days that u stay.
