Liked: The staff in the office were always very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. My partner got locked out of the room and they helped get him inside.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like about this establishment. I don't like the reason that required me to book the room but that isn't their fault.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was great
Disliked: The front desk gentleman wasn't so friendly he wouldn't let us use our card at the desk so we used booking.com and he almost refused our room and we told him you can't do that our credit card is through the website and is all confirmed. He was quite rude about it. Other than him our stay was excellent.

Cold room

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There was no heat in room and they stated it could take 5 hours to heat up room. We did not stay and got less than half of the cost of the room.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to.
Disliked: The floor was not carpeted so when we came in from outside with wet-snowy boots it made puddles wherever we walked. The room was frigid when we got there and took awhile to warm up.

Bad

Liked: The person at the front desk was very helpful but we went to the room and it had no heat, and the heater was blowing out cold air. They turn the heat off unless someone is using it. That's unacceptable!!!
